If you are travelling between Vancouver and Prince George and need a place to sleep around the halfway point, I would highly recommend this motel in Cache Creek. The building is modern, and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The service is exceptional, and the person at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Just to give you some examples of how they go the extra mile, they had complimentary coffee and cookies in my room, and there is a small collection of novels in the lobby for anyone who is looking for something to read. Plus, the room rates are very reasonable!
The room was clean and had all the things to be comfortable for a day or more. Nice veranda with access to a courtyard. We really appreciated the small but well equipped gym. The front desk staff was especially polite and friendly.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Even though it was a short visit, the peaceful atmosphere and great service made a lasting impression. The destination Inn has a great location, right off the highway and close to restaurants and stores. We were stuck with road closure. The manager was very helpful and nice to make our stay warm and comfortable in a very cold snowy Boxing Day. The room is spacious for four people. I will go back again in the summer time to try the sauna and pool.
What a gem, I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful motel. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff at check-in. The room was immaculately cleaned and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was so warm and crystal clear, our family throughly enjoyed their swim. We will certainly be back and would recommend the Destination Inn to anyone travelling through Cache Creek. Thanks for the great time!!!
This is an older hotel. Much like all hotels in Cache Creek. But they are doing something different. Rooms are all updated and renovated, very comfortable beds and bedding, large new TVs, great workout room, coffee pods daily. And above all great service. The owner/manager will go above and beyond to see that you're having a comfortable stay. Will be there again while traveling for work in the future. I have yet to use the pool. But it will be great addition in the summer.
We had a quick but great one night stay. Room was clean and it was very fairly priced. Great bang for the buck. It's great that it's just off the highway but I didn't hear any highway noise. The front desk guy was super kind and very hospitable. He even saw us leaving in the morning and came out (in -10 degrees and snowing) to see us off and wish us a safe trip.
This location was a perfect stop over on a long road trip. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. The beds were extra comfy, the customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. The dry sauna was a perfect way to relax after a long drive. The gym facilities had all the basic equipment that you could use for a quick workout and the courtyard was clean and spacious. Looking forward to another stay in the summer so we can use the outdoor pool! Overall great experience, we also received a friendly “welcome to the desert!”. 10/10 would recommend and stay again :) My only critique is I wish there was extra pillows.
